This episode Steve is still in an extended stay up near Seattle and Jason is holding it down in southern California as usual. The discussion kind of bounces around (hey ma, look, no script!) but we cover the following.
- Day 3 of the healthy road warrior routine. Steve talks about techniques that he has found useful in dealing with traditional hotels and extended stay hotels. He also explains the differences of the two as well as the pros and cons of each for someone wanting to lose weight.
