Jason was born and raised in Southern California. He is married to his wife Jennifer and they have 3 children. Jason recently “got back into the swing of things” working out and eating right and wanted to share his experience with the world via this blog.

Jason enjoys all things tech, he has worked with computers for over 1/2 his life, he holds an amateur radio license (KG6PDS), runs multiple websites (both personal and professional) and once ran a BBS before the internet became mainstream. Yes, Jason is a nerd and quite proud of it.
