Hey guys! I’m a horrible listener and I don’t think I’ve ever commented before, so I just wanted to take a minute and let you know I love the show.
I’ve got it as a recomendation on my blog.
Also, thank you for putting all the twitter names because I listen at work and would never remember to look everyone up.

I am now following the rule of awesome and sharing with others. Its a great idea!
I’m jadielady on gyminee if you want to be gym buddies. 4 lbs down since starting to try to lose weight about 1 month ago.
