I had been typing every day for about 5 years when I had tried it the first time and I want to say it took me about 3 days to get back up to speed. If you take the time, they’re amazing.
Looks good but I keep reading articles about how you shouldn’t eat food in plastic. The plastic in microwave is supposed to leach lots of chemicals into the food? I’ve tried to avoid it but I recently tossed out all the nalgene bottles and platic dishware……..something to think about?
Hey Molly, thanks for the comment! Good question re: the plastic in the foods. I haven’t heard anything about the plastic on the water bottles translating to frozen meals, but it certainly sounds plausible. Did you read this somewhere by chance? Have a link?
