Hi guys, I couldn't find a general email box to leave some kudos for you.

I've been listening for the last month or so, catching up on the archives. You guys are such an inspiration that I decided to take advantage of the health insurance discount my company offers for exercising a certain amount of times a month. I never felt like it was worthwhile before.

I wanted to mention http://caloriecount.about.com/ as a means to track calories and exercise. It offers more flexibility than some of the other programs / websites you've mentioned. I've had my best results when I've done both aspects here - logging exercise and food.

Thanks for the casts.
