JrMint Recovers

We hadn’t heard from Minty in a while due to his lack of journal updates but yesterday he finally put pen to virtual paper. Even having been down with a surgery for a time he’s back at the gym and continuing to shed the pounds. I don’t know about you guys, but I’m inspired. Here’s an excerpt from his McBlog:

I am happy to say I hit 193.8 pounds today, thats 30 pounds of weight loss in about 7 weeks. If I hadn’t missed those 2.5 or so weeks of workouts I’m confident I’d have dropped to 190 or lower, but thats okay, just gotta stay ramped up.

Its hard to miss multiple days in a row and keep motivated. My wife hit an amazing 125 today and is still working with her trainer, she looks and feels great.

Amazing job, man. You and your wife are tearing it up in a big way. Keep it up!
