Only Run When Chased

Yesterday I decided to pick up a pedometer. I was reading through the documentation this morning before attaching it to my bod and noticed it “auto adjusts from walking to running strides.”

My first thought: “only if someone’s chasing me with a large knife.”

I’ll track my steps per day and update again when I’ve gotten some details to talk about. So far I can’t hardly tell I’m wearing the thing.

I have one as well and had to stop using it. The noise it made sounded like my robotic knee needed oil. Very distracting. People kept looking at me trying to find where the noise was coming from.

Hows the Ped working out for you?

Does it seem accurate? I might start requiring clients to wear these and having them bring in detailed reports each week.

I love the pedometer! Really lets you see how active or inactive you are. May not be completely accurate but gives you a good sense of how much your moving.
