Hey guys, I have a few travel tips for ya that I use every time I'm away from home.

Its tough to get 5 or 6 meals in so heres a few healthy alternatives to junk food that don't need to be refrigerated.

Nuts (I love wasabi almonds)

Natural Peanut Butter on some kind of fruit you can carry. Bananas, apples, pears. I have weird taste so it works for me.

Beef Jerky. Its a great source of lean protein without the carbs.

I know its these aren't glamorous but they get the job done.

I use the SIGG "Vintage Bottle" without the logo. I like using it, but it kinda looks like a flask. I get stared at from time to time...people thinkin' I'm hittin' the juice. :)
