I decided to drag the TRX to the gym and got some pretty neat reactions. It worked out really well strung up from the bars. Forgive the close-up of my backside – I didn’t have a proper camera man. [blipit id="2211466"] Share and Enjoy:

Gentlemen-
Thanks so very much for bringing this show to life. In just a couple of short weeks this has become one of my top favorite shows.
This episode in particular really struck me. A couple years ago I dropped a significant amount of weight. Over the last year I’ve watched as much of it came back to me.
Most of the problem has been dietary, which is harder for me to control than keeping a workout regime going.
My non-professional understanding, gleaned from lots of reading, is that the majority of weight control comes from dietary choices. I’m still working to find a consistent method I can stick with to get a better handle on eating choices.
Keep up the great job gentlemen.
