Great question. It's nice to see people moving during the work day. I'm a bit crazy. I have weights in my studio, so I do ten sets of ten reps (one set per hour) Monday through Friday. I break up my body parts. For example, Monday: biceps and back, Tuesday: legs, Wednesday: Shoulders, chest and triceps, repeat. I only do legs, regardless of my rotation, once during he work week. I do a long run or bike on the weekend for a second leg day. Sundays off.

The ten of ten keeps me from sweating too much in my "work" clothes. Since I do have to meet guests and sponsors, I can't sweat too much. Oh. I do my cardio in the mornings before going in to the studio.

Great show Jason and Steven. Keep it up. :)

I walk and climb stairs. My job involves a lot of driving and walking so I try and get more walking than driving whenever possible.

Guys, this is a great show.

Hi Jason and Steve
I've been doing the stairs at work as much as I can. As I work second shift the gym is not available (it closes at 5) to 2nd and 3rd shifters. I am toying with the idea of walking laps in the basement, but safety issues come to mind late at night with no one around in that area.

Hi Jason and Steven,
Currently, I workout at our corporate gym in the morning before work. As I am doing strength 3 days a week I can miss a day if I need to and make it up the next. But, I am transitioning to a new job that involves travel, so i will need to devise new strategies to get the job done. One thing I did find was AirportGyms.com. If you are stuck at the airport for a few hours, this site lists gyms in or near the airport you can use. Still looking...
