		<description>Working out is tough. When I'm over here in Iraq my workout consists of walking to work, the chow hall a couple times during the day and walking home. I live about a mile from where I work, so it's not like I'm getting a lot of exercise, but I suppose it's better than nothing.

Perhaps a 3 day a week regiment would be better. You get a little reward for going, but know you have to go again the next day.
