I either won this or it was part of my kit when I was a consultant but it's really handy for when I do eat grapefruit. However it is Really Sharp. But apparently they don't sell them anymore, I did find a few on <a href="http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?from=R40&satitle=pampered+chef+grapefruit+knife" rel="nofollow">ebay</a>. One side has a curved blade for seperating it from the skin and the other side double blade that's a little offset to seperate the wedges. It's pretty handy really.
