Well folks we finally made it to episode 20 and both Steve and I have seen some decent progress in our tasks to lose weight and live a heathier lifestyle. I’d like to take this time to introduce to you two websites that well help you keep track of your food intake and all of the working out you have been doing. It’s quite common for people to set a goal (er, resolution) to lose weight during the new year and we at GeekFit wanted to point you in the right direction.

  • Traineo.com – helps you lose weight & get fit by letting you track your progress through a unique way of getting friendly motivation.
  • SparkPeople.com – Free diet plans customized for you by SparkPeople.com. Other diets do not compare to the free diet tools and resources you get from SparkPeople.
