Greetings! I am Biffster from www.weightjournal.com! I found your podcast about a month-and-a-half ago or so. I've been listening ever since. You have a very good podcast going on here! Keep up the great work.

I had a couple of notes about the last episode I listened to (this one):

# Favorite inspirational quotes that keep the weight loss groove going.
You probably had someone correct you on this already, but the "a journey of 1000 miles..." quote is not Confucious, it is Lao-Tzu. Anyone who has studied Taoism/Daoism sat up and said, "oh no he didn't..." :) (Specifically, this is from the Tao Te Ching, chapter 64a.)

# Playing DDR and possibly getting a digital recording.
For DDR, have you looked into getting a Playstation 2 or a Nintendo Gamecube? We have a Gamecube with DDR: Mario Mix, and it is great. The only thing better than getting exercise via a video game is getting exercise via a Super Mario Bros. game! :)

I meant to send an audio comment, but was too slow. I might do so for your next episode, though.

Cheers!
