I love your program, cause Steve is like the HUGE fat guy who has lost a lot but hasn’t really made a dent, and Jason is like the guy who isn’t that fat but is really LAZY and doesn’t know anything about exercise even though he is hosting an exercise program. It’s awesome, keep up the good work!!!

I always wonder why people feel it’s necessary to criticise someone for no apparent reason.
Steve has been working his ass off, literally, and most definitely has “made a dent.” He’s lost a lot of weight, and it shows. He’s able to do things now that he hasn’t been able to do for years.
Jason is anything but lazy. He works hard at everything he does. He may not be an expert, but he’s learning the ropes as he goes along.
These 2 guys never said they know it all. If you actually paid any attention to what they’ve said, you’d know they’re the first ones to point out that they are learning right along with the rest of us. Steve and Jason speak about what works for them in hopes that someone might be inspired to become active and find what works for them.
So, Wilma, next time you decide to push that “send comment” button, use that brain in your head to think about what you’re motive for commenting is. You posted that comment in hopes of being deletrious, but it’s all for naught. These guys have strong personalities and aren’t going to be imjured by your sorry attempt at making them feel less than.
